This includes removing barriers to the use of new technologies that are developed to reduce wasting food and making food safe with minimum loss of nutrients.

Food Safety Officer in the Food Systems and Food Safety Division (ESF) of Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). She is primarily responsible for food safety topics related to technologies including risk assessment of certain use of technologies as well as technologies for food safety solutions.
