The research outcomes of TRANSIT will have a significant impact throughout Europe in progressing the use of four prominent mild preservation technologies. The research will be carried out to the highest standards and the research outputs will be published in high-quality peer-reviewed international journals and presented at (inter)national conferences. The results will also be disseminated to the food industry, policy makers and general public via this website, summer schools, workshops, the TRANSIT network, industrial magazines, and international conference announcements.
