Emerging Risks & Sustainably Produced Foods -the challenges of the future-

The final TRANSIT symposium was co-organised with the Horizon Europe project FoodSafer (https://foodsafer.com/), entitled ‘Emerging Risks & Sustainably Produced Foods – the challenges of the future’ on 15 November 2024 in Bruges, Belgium (Figure 1). The symposium was scheduled back-to-back with the EFFoST (European Federation of Food Science and Technology) annual international conference in Bruges on 12-14 November 2024.
